Exercise Classes
Exercise classes are now available at our Stirling clinic. All classes are run by our pelvic health physiotherapists and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our physiotherapists are trained to make appropriate adaptions for you.
Mat Pilates Class
A 45 minute class focussing on low impact strengthening, flexibility and pelvic floor exercises
Strength Circuit Class
A more intense exercise program including weights, resistance bands and some cardiovascular exercises.
1 on 1 Reformer Pilates
30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute 1 on 1 individual exercise rehab
Our classes are not specific to antenatal or postnatal pregnancy so bookings are welcome irrespective of whether you are pregnant or postnatal. Appropriate adaptions will be made as needed.
