Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $50.00 late cancellation fee will apply.

• Less than 2 hours’ notice, missed appointments, extended consults or arrivals more than 15 minutes late: 50% of the scheduled consultation fee will apply.

This includes appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, missed without contact, or where the patient arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, our cancellation policy is applied consistently and exceptions cannot be made.

We strongly encourage you to contact Bloom Pelvic Health by phone or email as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
